Brief landing page outage.

Operational note:

The landing page housecarl.cloud went down for about 20 minutes as I reconfigured the Google Cloud network configuration. SSL is now fully live, with a Google Managed SSL certificate rotating as needed.

All back to normal. Coding ongoing for housecarl-authz.
